Providers using Aesthetic Engine may upload or collect data related to their own clients or patients (“Client Data”). This data is controlled by the provider, not Aesthetic Engine.

Aesthetic Engine provides a HIPAA-compliant technology infrastructure for providers who choose to use it.

- Aesthetic Engine is not a healthcare provider

- Providers are solely responsible for ensuring their own HIPAA compliance, including how they collect, use, and manage protected health information (PHI)
Use of the platform alone does not guarantee HIPAA compliance.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We may share information with trusted third parties only as necessary to operate the Services, including:
- Payment processors (e.g., Stripe)
- Messaging and communication providers
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
- Analytics and security services
We do not sell personal information.
